Our children are growing up in a world of ever-changing technology. The use of technology is largely a positive aspect of modern life, but we cannot ignore the risks that can be associated with its use. How to keep safe online is an important issue and something we teach the children about in school. We have procedures in place in school to ensure children are unable to access unsuitable materials or engage in online activity that could be considered risky.
We understand that much of our pupil's internet use occurs at home, away from the school filters. To help keep children safe when they are online at home we have attached some links to useful sites that offer advice and support.
We will also keep this area updated with any new risks that children may be subject to as they come to light.
